Get Voxel array

Hi ,I'm try Rivulet2 on other tree structures from 3D medical images.Finally I also got .swc file and .vtk file.I opened the .vtk file, and the 3D model is the same as Lung Airway Tracing example mentioned in the Readme, but I don’t know how to get the voxel array of the model. Thanks for your suggestions
