Validate GCD Project on load

This feature has not been implemented in C# yet. Is it still needed? If it is not then remove the corresponding checkbox on the GCD Options form.

Integrity checking of GCD project is important, especially when we are using both the Addin and the Standalone and they both change the project file without a reload.
