Use of docker instead of native apps

Given the need for redis and postrgres, it might be better/easier to give the instructions for using docker. That way, after the bootcamp is over, you don't have those services lingering around.

Part of the boot camp might be to introduce docker? A docker-compose file would be handy

Also, none of these instructions will work on windows.
