Enhanced Cloze (for Anki 2.1)

First of all, thanks for making this amazing add-on available to us. I would like your help to make these changes:

1. I would like to delete all code related to pseudo clozes and use only genuine clozes.

I want that all clozes to be genuine clozes. (c1, c2, c3, c4, ... = genuine cloze)

2. I would like to reveal the genuine clozes by the right edge.

3. I would like to delete the "information" field.
