Provide tools for serializing and loading GUI schemes from files

Provide tools (factories) to build from file (or save to them) both GUI widget templates (styles) and GUI systems (usage, position, size etc. of widget on screen).

This system might use JSON, XML or YAML (or other format) to store data.
