Prevent downloading many duplicates from Reddit

Expected Behavior

Ripme downloads a lot of Reddit that is exactly the same, just a different link. Is there a way to stop this?

Actual Behavior

Download only one copy of the content and ignore the rest. See image.

The only real solution for this would be to hash the files, because ripme is just checking the link/filename.
