[BUG] champion-mastery-v4 does not support updated champion mastery system

The champion mastery system was updated but champion-mastery-v4 does not support the changes.

  • championPointsUntilNextLevel has negative values for champions where championLevel>7 (see champion 76 on Eshyn #NA1)
  • The "tokens" referenced by tokensEarned no longer exist and there is no way to check how many Marks of Mastery a player has
