[BUG] Spectator-v5 uses summoner name instead of game name + tagline

Bug Description
The new Spectator-v5 endpoint (including featured-games) returns summoner name instead of game name + tagline

Problem Description
Same as above.

Expected Result
Instead of summoner name which is deprecated the endpoints should return game name + tagline

Actual Result
Summoner names are returned instead of game name + tagline

Developer Impact
It makes dealing with summoner information more tricky from spectator
