[BUG] Akshan has all 0s in the "info" field in Data Dragon (Patch 14.4.1)

Bug Description
Akshan has the following object as its "info" field: {attack: 0, defense: 0, magic: 0, difficulty: 0}. This happens when requesting at the following URL: https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/14.4.1/data/es_AR/champion/Akshan.json

Keep in mind this is also true when requesting at the "en_US" version.

Developer Impact
It only affects the appearence of my personal project site.

This is the case for Akshan, Rell, Seraphine, and Vex.
