[FEATURE REQUEST] OpenAPI v3 Specification for Riot Web APIs

It'd be great to have a public OpenAPI v3 spec for Riot's Web APIs directly from Riot instead of depending on third-parties.

Hi there - We think this is a great idea and it's something we've been chatting about recently. Unfortunately, we don't have immediate plans to build it out right now, but it's def something we are wanting to do as part of future improvements.
