[BUG] /img/champion/splash/Fiddlesticks_0.jpg depecrated img

Bug Description
This link shows an image of fiddlestick before the rework, also, all the skins like /img/champion/splash/Fiddlesticks_2.jpg, have the fiddle before rework and there is a problem with new skins https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Fiddlesticks_37.jpg

Naming issue of FiddleSticks has not been fixed for years. (FiddleSticks has Modifier+Name such TwistedFate Not Twistedfate) : Real Name is only lowercase on Fiddlesticks in json, others all r uppercases;)
