Seems to run at full-speed, but stutters sometimes (especially when you get into action).
Settings used: Transparent Sorting -> Per Strip Auto Frame Skipping -> Maximum Simple Shaders, Mipmaps and Neon SIMD -> On Self-Mod. Code Checks -> Full Downclock Ratio -> 1.541

PSOV2 crash while insert the serial number and acess key, any solution?
I went directly to the game options, and it asked for the serial number and Access Key. I put it in and saved it, then I went to create the character and it worked. The first time I went straight to the new game, but I missed an Access Key character, I believe that's why the game crashed in my case, I hope I can help you

that game man, that game cries out for a 30fps patch T.T...seriously, it is a hidden gem.
The game already runs at 30 FPS in 60Hz mode. Maybe a patch to 20 FPS?
Also: for new version 1.0.3 of flycast: do not enable Fast Sorting option for Transparency Sorting. It will break graphics.
