Rayman 2: The Great Escape (NTSC)
The game runs smoothly most of the time, with stutters here and there. There are some graphical bugs, but otherwise everything else looks as it should.
Screenshots:
Settings used: Transparent Sorting -> Per Strip Auto Frame Skipping -> Maximum Neon SIMD and Mipmaps -> On Self-Mod. Code Checks -> Reduced Downclock Ratio -> 1.485
Label: Playable
Plays perfectly with 30 FPS patch. Consistently holds 30 FPS in all gameplay segments.

I'd like to add that turning off mipmapping in video options gets rid of the visual glitches on objects with transparency.
In the settings, Rayman 2 has a widescreen option natively, if selected you must then head to the flycast settings under VIDEO and set "Horizontal Stretch" from 100 to 135 for a full 16:9.
Just to compile what everyone said above, here are the settings I used to get a (near) port-level experience:
PSVshell: default 444/222
Controls: In the last SDL "PSVita Controller" slot, map -"X" button to "Right Stick X-" -"Y" button to "Right Stick X+" -"Left Trigger" to "L1" -"Right Trigger" to "R1" -I also like to set “B” to “X”, so I don’t have to move my thumb. -and finally save the game config in the top left.
Video: -Automatic Frame Skipping -> Maximum -UNCHECK "Use Mipmaps" (otherwise everyone gets demon eyes) -change "Horizontal Stretch" from 100 to 135
Advanced: -make sure "Use Neon SIMD" is Checked -Set "Self-Modifying Code Checks" to "Reduced"
As for changing the "Downclock Ratio" to "1.485" (you have to use your finger to slide it) or "Transparent Sorting" to "Per Strip", I found they didn't make much difference or even looked choppier to my eyes, so I left them off.
Cheats: -Esppiral's "30fps patch" for a consistent framerate (https://www.mediafire.com/file/nncjve2id5sqkhq/Rayman_2_-_The_Great_Escape.cht/file)
In Game Settings: -Rayman 2 is the ONLY Dreamcast game to natively support 16:9, so make sure to turn it on in the main menu. Its a bit confusing, but the button means "turn to _____", so after pressing it once it will say "4:3" as in "turn to 4:3", meaning it is set to 16:9.
Other then these settings, I had everything else set to default. Make sure to save your config when you're done.
I said NEAR-port experience because the intro cinematic has popping audio. This does not seem to happen to the same extent for the rest of the game. The lighting also sometimes acts weird, although its not game-breaking by any means. If you know of a way to fix this, or any settings that would make the experience even smoother, please add on to this list below.
