Homebrew game on the Dreamcast

Game can hang at the warning screen for some time at a low FPS, but loads.

Game plays really well from there. Between 30fps and 60fps depending on what's going on screen.

Transparent Sorting -> Per Triangle Auto Frame Skipping -> Normal Simple Shaders, Mipmaps and Neon SIMD -> On Self-Mod. Code Checks -> Full Downclock Ratio -> 1.5 Shadows -> On Fog -> On Delay Frame Swapping -> Off

I can confirm it's like 17fps when game is loading and during initial fmvs, but gameplay it's near to perfect on PAL set :D
