Issues

Weird menu top left and nothing loads

That could be an issue related to wrong 2D scaling (happens for example in Pokemon Stadium too). Shouldn't affect 3D environment in game, if you manage to launch a game through the very small menu. Can you double check?

Can't see the menu do anything to load a game.

I can get in game. Here is how but first make sure you turn OFF Textures Caching and unhide the Menubar:

  1. Load the game and wait until the top-right screen disappears, the entire screen is black and the FPS is at solid 30.0
  2. Click A and wait until the FPS is again at solid 30.0 then click A again
  3. Wait until the top-right screen turns fully dark yellow and the music starts (if you wait too long at this step the attract mode will start, so act fast)
  4. Click START, when the top-right screen is fully blue click A
  5. When the stage selection screen appears and the top-right screen turns fully grey click A (you will hear a ding sound if successful), the top-right screen will turn half grey and half black as a result
  6. Wait until the top right screen turns fully blue and the FPS is ~26
  7. Click A enough times until you hear 7-8 ding sounds, then the game will load

No UI element is drawn in-game or in the pause menu Audio quality in game is commensurate to the slow FPS FPS is 6-8 most of the times Reloading a save state plays back the main menu background music and freezes the emulator completely

@Rinnegatamante on a side note, may I suggest you move your scheduled daily build time to 3 PM PDT instead of 12 AM PDT? That way, it would be possible for people to test out your new commits while you are presumably done for the day and sleeping. As it is, it likely that no commits are pushed between 3 PM and 12 AM PDT, so all that time really goes to waste when it could go into testing instead. Just a thought

Using Dx64 v0.6 nightly

Did get in-game using VRtinker info. Same behavior noted. 8fps max. Some missing textures. Jump, shoot, collect coins works. Very slow.
