Issues

Missing N64 logo on start

Goes in game with an average FPS between 15-20, but hard crashes on the train with Rover in the beginning (a little bit after he sits down).

Interpreter

Very slow (average FPS ~8), and still hard crashes on the train with Rover I ran 3 tests with various settings but if someone can get it to not crash on the train definitely leave a comment explaining how.

So as of the latest nightly it is not crashing but the keyboard is not being displayed when Rover asks you what your name is. Making it look like the game has just crashed. By just pressing buttons and start I got it to resume the game. Also the inventory is glitched. Screenshot is what the inventory looks like. Performance wise it's a bit slow. The inventory and the keyboard issue are the biggest problem. 2020-05-05-202212

I would change this to In-Game Low/Slow (frame rate is around 20-25FPS, which seems to be around half rate). As other have said, if you spam buttons when asked to input names etc, you can get to the game itself (input screens themselves are black/white, depending on when in game you are accessing them). Menus don't work for inventories, and things like word balloons and title screen text are missing. I could not get the game to save either, but that may be related to not being able to interact properly with menus, or the fact that I am using an English patched ROM. Additionally, state saving/loading has not worked, I will give it another go later today and see if I can get that functioning. 2020-05-11-115021 Title text missing 2020-05-11-114215 2020-05-11-114512 2020-05-11-114700 Word balloons missing

Could you please add (Animal forest) decription in compatibility list, most of the players will search for Animal crossing instead of japanese name while no such keywords are present

I’ve got it working a lot smoothly by changing it to modern render, but I can’t find the English version. Where is it?
