change or set wifi country or region in windows

in Linux we can use the iw reg set etc etc but do anyone have any idea what to do in windows for changing the country of the wifi adapter to connect it to channel 13 wifi signals. By the way I have tplink t3u plus AC600 model. In device manger , in device propertied there is no setting for changing the channels , etc
