Can I do Sui on my non-rooted devices?

No, you can't. You need either the original Shizuku app (which needs root aswell, afaik) or SUI, which 100% relies on root.

Shizuku can work via wireless debugging. You do need to be connected to a Wi-Fi to use wireless debugging and wireless debugging also gets disconnected upon every reboot and because of that, so does shizuku.

I'm aware, and I do use Shizuku for this' but unfortunately, some apps require Sui...

I would prefer it, if sui would be a privileged system app, which can be compiled alongside aosp. Then it would not be relying on root (although still could be installed using root).
