Describe the bug:
Cannot start service with full permissions due to limited adb functionality
Additional context:
Grat work already with the FAQ for most phones, but I cannot find the problematic setting that would help to activate the service on my Realme GT 2 Pro. If anyone has figured it out please let me know. The "usb debugging" setting outside of the normal "usb debugging" is not visible or not there.
go to dev options, scroll down a lot and find "Disable Permission Monitoring". should be under "Apps" section and it's the last option
Thanks for the detailed instructions @bedantadey17 . I've been looking for this option forever on my German system.
Usually "Permission monitoring" translates to "Berechtigungen überwachen", but they chose the clunky term "Erlaubnisüberwachung" instead.
Knowing where to look and that it's the last option in the app section did it. 🙂
