adding otp flag set with get for speeding up things

works great with xclip (linux) and pbcopy (mac osx)

usage would be something like: zauth otp -get Google

then it's even easier with pbcopy (mac osx) zauth otp -get Google | pbcopy

or with linux: zauth otp -get Google | xclip -selection clipboard

Nice addition. There can be multiple entries for similar identifier. Eg: 2 entries for Google. Would be good if we can use both Issuer and Identifier (something like ISSUER:IDENTIFIER)
