it could be useful to help people region changing their console, as some times people do it wrong or directly install another region's system menu

Reason it hasn’t been done yet is because modmii already has a pretty good one, and it even does extra steps like patching iOS so there’s no Korean key checks. That’s also why I pushed for a modmii page.
