change ip of conntest.nintendowifi.net to 198.62.122.140 to reflect service dns change

i got error code 522xx so i looked up the up to date officially hosted riiconnect24 dns redirect and fixed it. the new ip is 198.62.122.140

naswii.nintendowifi.net is also outdated. this should redirect to 178.62.43.212 instead

First one solves (at least) 3DS Connection Test (conn test). But every single public DNS server does resolve it the same, so I would not add it as a rewrite here and keep it with the minimum needed.

Other 3 domains using "78.46.231.155" are race.gs.nintendowifi.net, sake.gamespy.com and sake.gs.nintendowifi.net. Both "sake" are the same in the riiconnect hosted server. race.gs.nintendowifi.net doesn't have an IP. Sudomemo's resolves it as "78.46.231.155"

Take note that there's a line in the .py script that will automatically sync with this github repository using a URL, so if anyone wants to change the dns settings, they would need to fork this repository and change the URL to sync with that.
