Debug menu should allow endpoint switching

PMs and QA often need to test things on the production server, and the way the project is currently set up, they can only do that on TestFlight builds. They should be able to switch a Hockey/sprint build over to the production endpoint temporarily, without needing a developer to produce a special one-off build.
