maxLength and segmentGroupings

Mastercard has raised it's maxlength to 19 digits like visa, so you might want to update that info.

Also, I noticed the default segmentGroupings is [4, 4, 4, 4]. Visa and Mastercard segmentGrouping should be [4, 4, 4, 7] due to the extended maxlength to 19 digits.

So I've been trying to track this down. Is this with MasterCard Maestro only or MasterCard as well?
