Cannot type korean in firefox or vscode

Summary

• Happened after reboot
• Vscode and Firefox(both from flatpak and from Mozilla builds) does not work
• QT-based apps work (kate, konsole, krita, etc)

System information

• Kubuntu 23.04
• kime 3.0.2 (installed from source)

말씀하신 문제는 아마도 https://github.com/Riey/kime/issues/422 이 이슈와 연관이 있어 보입니다. 저 또한 flatpak으로 설치한 Chromium 사용에 어려움이 있으나, 그 외의 방법(APT)으로 설치한 firefox와 vscode는 정상적으로 사용하고 있습니다.
