Describe the solution you'd like 1 - Add information to each channel Balance Bar record in Peers/Channels tab of Local Channel Reserve and Remote Channel Reserve.

2 - Add a tooltip saying "Local Balance" and "Remote Balance" when user hover his mouse over the Balance Bar record of each channel.

3 - Suggestion: Move the **Balance Bar" to below the description of each channel, allowing the bar to be longer and to be easier to see the small balances when channels are badly balanced: Graphical example:
