Ability to do batch operations on channels on the channel screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot currently do batch channel processing

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if the channel screen in RTL had radio selectors, and once selected you could do batch operations like "Set fees / rates"

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context Perhaps even the concept of "grouping" channels into favourites - you might have a set of channels you always want to adjust the fee rate for, that sort of thing...
