Add rebalancing for CLN nodes

You could use either the rebalance plugin or the circular plugin for CLN.

How involved would that be? I don't know typescript

I am waiting for reckless to be ready before using any plugin. But we can add re-balancing for now and add missing reckless installation feature later.

@kn0wmad typescript is easy to upgrade to if you are already familiar with Javascript. But it will also require Angular knowledge to handle the frontend (UI) part of it.

I appreciate the quick communication. I haven't touched javascript in over a decade, and would prefer not to. I also don't know angular at all. I'll just have to be patient. Worth mentioning that we do get a lot of demand for this particular feature (on StartOS). Thanks very much for your time and hard work!!
