Improve Rebalancing result UI

1.) stop using msats. msats suck. Use sats and a period if you must display the msats. (this goes for all of RTL. please add a global option so I never have to see an msat value again. The mixing of sats and msats, often on the same page, is a major pain in the ass)

2.) DISPLAY THE FEERATE USED IN PPM!!!! the fixed sats is nice and all but what I REALLY care about is the feerate used for the rebalance. this is important and the whole reason for this issue.

3.) show me the actual route used and not just how many hops. This is already available by going on the transactions page and looking at the rebalance transaction but is a major pain in the ass to switch back on forth every time. (at least show me the outgoing and incoming channel)
