If anyone was curious, this issue was (seemingly) fixed in Counter-Strike 2 (or more likely, Source 2 as a whole). This is almost certainly not intentional or something that's impossible...

I was playing on the testing server and while standing still in a certain spot on the last map we were on (I forget the name), I saw some weird...
Going to the same position on the map that I saw it occur, I suspect it was some playermodel polygon stretching through walls, though I cannot confirm this.
