v14.1.0.0 deleted all .NET7 projects with an exception!

Every tab with the settings of the input that had to do with .NET7 was removed with an exception and no longer appears after a restart!

Also .NET7 is missing in the runtime list.

Even if .NET7 is not an LTS version, you should at least be given the chance to migrate your project and still keep the settings!
