Hi

I added the example DMX_ArtNet for library ESP-Dmx and ArtNet library also a, code is not yet stable so please, test it and let me know how it works for you.

Will you send a pull request?

One think to add: I tested my simple send example in your modified library and the compiler asked for the "ESP8266.h". Why? It's not included in any code for this example...
