Broken Links and Licensing Issues

Hello, I am currently interning for a company and I would like to use this library for application configuration. The doc and license links lead to dead pages and your web page no longer has an entry for this particular application.

Could you update the repository with the documentation and license? Could I use your library/code for commercial purposes? Is the library still suitable for commercial purposes?

Probably better to use Westwind.Utilities package which includes this functionality and is up to date. This library hasn't been updated in many years.
