[Bug] 关于edge tts的一点小bug

Bug 描述 / Description

1 如果朗读的页面是只有图片，程序会直接闪退 2 如果划词之后点从划词处开始朗读，会卡很久，经常无法开始阅读，而从头开始基本上都正常 以上都是基于edgetts，此外，上报给edgetts的文本，最好把ruby标签的内容过滤掉，因为注音会重复读

另外希望能够有一个tts fallback到浏览器的功能进行备选，参考starrea
