I think I know what's happening. It's a broadcast, so it doesn't know which component to be matched when it's being sent. Thus ifw will not match any component rule....
Btw, the issue doesn't appear on the web version
The Android version doesn't have the issue too And I find it strange that even if I turn off subtitles completely, the English subtitle still appears
