Sounds assigned from table to backglass do not play

If you assign a sound, using the sound manager, to backglass - e.g. move the knocker sound to play from the backglass rather than table - when run in F6...

Once the properties/layers tool windows are positioned - i.e. resized in the main window they, randomly and usually, revert to the default where properties is minimised to just its title...
