Give ability to tag or comment watched repositories

Sometimes I do get a mail, telling me that something has got a new release, but I have to wait until I have access to my workstation again to look up in another list, why I am actually watching that repository for releases.

Therefore it would be nice if I were able to have some possibility to tag or comment the watched repositories and to display those tags/comments in the notification email. Then I'd now instantly what action I have to take and can do some things even from my mobile or send a message to a co-worker who updates the dependencies on test, staging and prod in that order ;)

Hi, I see what you mean,but I'm not sure very many would have use for it tho, but if you want to send in a pull-request for the feature, I would be happy to include it!
