BC305 2nd real game 220km

Make a simple working game for BC305 and then promote this game. This will be the first game target to go beyond the simple in rule mechanics. The first task is to convert to the new hex grid system. For simplicity initially this just the 30 degrees East 220km tile grid, focussing on the Alexandrian successor states. This will be the first serious game, but initially we will target WWI as that is more conducive to an ultra simple game.
