Does this new version has this bug still

Looking at the change log does the new version (0.9.0) still have the alcohol 120% virtual drive bug or is it fixed in this release

Still failing when using alcohol virtual drive can this be fixed in next release or a minor patch to this release? Thanks

I was going to wait for the author to respond to my post but noticed they havent responded to anything. So im hoping you could help me. The installer file is not running when i click on it, it opens as a text file, so I thought well maybe i should copy and paste into cmd but that didnt do anything either. How does this thing work?

I forked the repository, applied the Alcohol fix from NicknineTheEagle to v0.9.0 and built a release here: https://github.com/codengine/SafeDiscShim/releases/tag/v0.9.0_alcohol_fix

Have a look if that solves your issue.

@codengine i can comfirm that this release you posted does indeed solve the alcohol 120% problem, tested with The Sims Makin Magic
