007 Nightfire problem

I tried to install this on my pc and tried running safedisc but it says access denied so I ran as admin and it doesn't even attempt to launch and doesn't display at all.

I am using the CD version of the game since I have a key and CD but it refuses to launch can anyone fix safediscshim to work with it because the game keeps saying "Access Denied" even with safediscshim installed.
