Code blinking, while formatter running

When the HTML formatter running, code blinking like formatter disabled and enabled anew. This is annoying, while using onsave formatting. I am using phpfmt formatter.

May be, do I have an old laptop, or is this issue unavoided by VS Code engine, expect writing combined formatter?
