Note-taking application written with Qt in mind and able to read tomboy notes
plugins set to auto mode should not kept in memory if not initialized. rather it's possible to register some common hook to load plugin
most probably smart tray menu with buttons. not sure about crossplatformness
use dropbox api. may be sync via dropbox only specified group
Add a button which makes note sticky possibly changing dialog to something more good-looking and w/o buttons. convert back from context menu or by button in the conner

QtNote should be able to connect to other applications handling notes. so QtNote is client and something should have a server. in case of applications which lack of such server...
That would be good to have such feature when I don't want to see some note in notes menu anymore, but want it stay for future.
