Sponge lava drain support
Adds a configurable lava draining function to sponges on top of their water draining properties.
You reintroduced a dupe. There's a reason for that continue, as to not allow for force updating of blocks.
On another note, I think this should be a plugin instead of a server feature, as it changes vanilla mechanics.

I see, I'll look into it and re-add the continue. Though I don't really think that in needs to be its own separate plugin if its a config that I just default to false no?

I think this is the best approach to this feature as well.
