Improvement request: Add [meta] description annotation per page in Page Properties

In a collection, users can currently add a page/url annotation when the page is in a list. We request the ability to add a "meta" annotation that appears when you view All Pages in the Collection and select a page's properties

Use Case: As an organization archiving its own website, we need to describe the page contents even when a page does not appear in a list.

Current: Playlist > Page Properties > Description [annotation]: Describes context of why a certain page belongs in that specific list

Desired: All Pages in Collection > Page Properties > Page Description [annotation]: Describes content of page and/or context of why it exists in the collection. Lists > Page Properties > Description [annotation]: Describes context of why a certain page belongs in that specific playlist
