NoClip Shift speed

Add shift for noclip please if possible <3

That is defibitely an awesome idea, i'll see what i cab do about it.

For now I'm focusing on making 1.6.0 a release which fixes compatibility problems with CoD4x.

Unfortunately this will probably not work on a dedicated local server, cod4 checks the speed both on the client as a prediction and on the server so it rubberbands alot and it seems is going at the same speed, not sure this can ever be fixed without a cod4x serverside mod/plugin
