Cap the maximum total force of pulling cilia
so that extremely strong pull forces cannot be generated as people seem to be talking about this like it is a bug that needs to be solved and not just some fun thing some players can discover eventually
my idea: pulling cilia additional strength to 20% and cap max strength to 6 cilia
A little bit was done for this but still stacking up a bunch of cilia results in really fast accelerations of nearby small cells: https://github.com/Revolutionary-Games/Thrive/pull/5594
