Moving a cell in early multicellular editor doesn't display the in-progress action correctly without a cell type selected

if the player starts the cell move action without having a selected cell type to be placed, the new cell move action doesn't display correctly the cell that's about to be placed. This is slightly confusing as the player is stuck and has to just cancel the action or select a cell type so that they can complete the move action.
