When uncompacting and wrong algorithm is chosen, the game doesn't uncompact

Describe the bug You have to manually choose the right compression algorithm to uncompact a game

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Game is compacted with for example XPRESS4K
2. Click compact
3. uncheck compress in task manager
4. don't change the algorithm from XPRESS8K to XPRESS4K
5. start task manager
6. task manager sees the game is compacted and tries to uncompact
7. after task manager is done the game is still compacted

Expected behavior The game gets uncompacted, even if no algorithm is chosen/the default algorithm is the wrong one.
