New Widget selection Glow under Java 11

Pretty sure this is JDK 11 specific, but maybe under 10 as well. I do not recall seeing it under 10. Its very minor, just something to be aware of at least. Some widgets have a glow around them that is not styled in the theme. Its something new, so not a deficiency of the theme. Best seen rather than explained. It will stand out as quite obvious :)
