Uninstall of Dark LAF does not remove all effects

After installing then removing "Dark Look And Feel Themes" in Netbeans 8.2 on Windows 10 not all effects are removed. Resetting Options, Appearance, Look and Feel to Windows did not remove the black background of line numbers or the line at the cursor. Removing ..config\Preferences\laf.properties had no effect. Similar situation here except my editor window retains Dark LAF colors and formatting after selecting Windows in Appearance -> Look And Feel. When plugin is deactivated anything OK. I'm using NetBeans 8.2 under Win7 x64.
